Is the free version really free?

Yes. Unlimited invoices and estimates, unlimited PDF downloads, no account, no card, no monthly cap. The only difference is a small “Made with FairInvoice” line in the PDF footer.

What does Pro add?

Your logo on the invoice, no footer credit, saved business details that autofill, saved customers, automatic invoice numbering, and stored invoices you can reopen.

How much is AI Voice?

AI Voice is an add-on to Pro. Together they are $21 a year all in — that is the whole price, not an extra on top of an extra.

Which currency am I charged in?

Does the price go up later?

Not for you. Whatever you sign up at is the price you keep for as long as you stay subscribed, even when the price rises for new customers.

Does FairInvoice calculate my sales tax?

No. You enter the state and local rates you have determined apply, and you can mark individual lines as non-taxable. We never guess a rate for you.
