What to write to us about
- Help using FairInvoice
- Something not working, a PDF that won't download, or a question about how the invoice and quote generator works. Tell us which browser and device you're on and it'll be a lot quicker to sort.
- Billing, Pro and AI Voice Pro
- Questions about your subscription, cancelling, refunds, or a payment that didn't unlock Pro. Email from the address on your account if you can — it makes it easier to find the payment.
- Privacy and your data
- Requests to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and anything else covered by our privacy policy.
- Partnerships, press and affiliates
- We don't currently run a formal affiliate programme. If you'd like to work together, link to us, or write about FairInvoice, use the same address and say what you have in mind.
Things we can't help with
We're not accountants or tax advisers. We can explain how the tool works, but we can't tell you whether to register for VAT, what to charge, or how to file your return — speak to an accountant or check GOV.UK. We also can't chase your customer for payment on your behalf.
