Why it's laid out like that
The lines follow how the job was actually priced: a price per board or per square foot for hanging, a separate rate for taping and finishing to a stated level, and materials itemized. Each part is separately checkable, which is the whole point — a customer who can verify the bill pays it.

Common questions
- What is the difference between Level 4 and Level 5?
- Level 5 adds a skim coat over the whole surface. It costs noticeably more and matters under gloss paint and raking light — say which you priced.
- Should cleanup be a line item?
- Yes if it involved containment or hauling. Drywall dust cleanup is real work and customers accept it when it is named.
- How do I price a single patch?
- A minimum call charge plus time. A patch priced by the square foot always loses money.
