Step by step
- 1Say what was cleaned: exterior only, interior and exterior, screens, tracks, sills. Every one of those is a separate decision and a separate price.
- 2Show the count — panes, stories, or storefront frontage — so the price has a basis the customer can check.
- 3Bill recurring commercial rounds monthly with each visit date listed, rather than leaving a slip after every visit.
- 4Add screens, tracks, hard water stain removal and gutter or solar panel cleaning as separate lines; they are the profitable extras and they get lost inside a total.
- 5Note weather and rain policy once in your terms, so a rainy Tuesday never becomes a refund conversation.

On the day for residential, monthly in arrears for commercial rounds. Card on file removes almost all collection work in this trade.
Storefront accounts usually pay on the monthly statement. If one slips twice, move them to prepay rather than chasing a small balance every month.
